Our In-House Process

1. Schedule a Consultation or Discovery Call

Every journey begins with just a single step. That step is setting up a consultation or Discovery Call so we can learn more about your project. From there we’ll ask some introductory questions to get your file started.

2. Set up an Inspection

Next we’ll set up an in-person inspection with one of our certified inspectors to record and document the damage to your property or business. Here we’ll walk you through the process of setting up or re-opening a claim with your insurance provider. We’re well on our way now!

3. File a Claim (...we can help with this!)

We recommend letting one of our Insurance Claims Specialist file a claim on your behalf. Remember: 36% of storm damage claims close unresolved - this is where we step up! Let us work on your behalf to get you approved!

4. Wait For Approval

While you wait, we get to work! This is where we begin to file for all the proper municipal building permits, get your project supplemented (if necessary) and get your project through the permitting phase. Once we’re approved through your insurance provider, we being the planning phase.

5. Submit Your Documents to Your Customer Experience Rep

Congratulations! Once your claim is approved, they’ll be an exchange of documents to keep the process rolling. Our Customer Experience Representatives work with you to get all your documents e-filed so we can get your project permitted with your municipality and onto the fun part: the build phase.

6. Schedule Your Build

Our Project Manager works with you to build around your availability. 9 out of 10 builds only take one day based on the scope of the work, but there are exceptions. We’ll work with you to get your project completed with minimal invasiveness.

7. Build Day!

We made it! We’re here to Restore What’s Yours. Most restoration projects can be completed in a day, so you can choose to be present or not on the day of your build. (.... but if you’re a work-from-homer we recommend you make alternate plans for this day).

8. Closing Your Project

Once your project is completed, there are still boxed left to be ticked. One of our inspectors or CX Representatives can tell you more about this process.
